Maybe, you've tried something that has worked for you in the past and would like to share it with the group. Maybe, you have a NSV (Non Scale Victory) that you would like to share with the group. Anything that you feel comfortable sharing or anything that you feel comfortable asking the group with help....this is the place to come.
The GOOD!! What NSV did you have this week!!
The BAD!! So what....you ate the whole thing!!
The UGLY!! That darn scale went through the window this week....it deserved it too!!

I have learned over the past 4 months to work hard not to use a Pass Day (unless unavoidable - illness, etc.) prior to mid-month. It reduces my stress level for the remainder of the month!!5

Happy day one of the challenge everyone! Great tip above. I'll definitely be trying to save the passes.4

My NSV today was inadvertently sprinting on my gentle jog to test how my ankle is doing. I was listening to my pre-fight playlist and running about how I could beat the girls in my division and suddenly I realised I was sprinting. I'm trying to work on my desire to win for the coming competition because I love competing but didn't put any pressure on myself to win, so I don't. This morning was a positive step on that mental journey.5
