    My report:
    Exercise: 3.5 mph walking for 23 minutes
    Tracking: okay
    Calories: under my limit by a few calories

    At least you got in the minimum exercise. Don't beat yourself up about failed gym plans too much, just re-adjust to get there another time!

    Exercise? Yes. Went to the gym (treadmill, stairclimber, weight machines). Really didn't want to go but joining this challenge pushed me out of the house.
    Calories? Yes, a tad under goal.
    Tracked? Yep.
    Day 1 done.

    Ex: 82 mins, 10,180 steps, Better than 19:30 min miles for 3 miles. SO Exciting!!

    Calories: 2401-1808= under 593 calories!!

    Track: yes, to the gram!

    Exercised?: Yes. Walked 9+km in North Sydney (3+km at lunch and 6+km for dinner).

    Early flight. Uneventful. They remembered by gluten free meal.

    Lunchtime walk. Walk to get dinner.

    Fell asleep at keyboard while composing the daily post, was so tired (woke up 20 mins later and crawled into bed, posting the following day).


    Congratulations to all who made the Winners circle in July. Any month is a hard month to keep consistency.

    Congratulations too to all who kept going in July, even after the fourth pass day. This is really what UAC is about.



    Each month I post my goals for the month. It helps keep me focused. They are often the same month to month, but it is what I aspire to maintain.

    Personal goals for August:
    1. Be in winners circle (track everything, keep under budget, 20+ mins exercise per day, no more than 3 pass days).
    2. Gain a little then stay between 63kg and 68kg (full maintenance maintenance but too low at the moment. 68kg is still well inside the normal BMI range for me.).
    3. Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month) and continue past failings (forgive mistakes and keep moving forward).
    4. Post each day to UAC.
    5. Encourage others where possible.

    Last month, I did make it to 63.0kg, but almost immediately dropped back down to almost 62.0kg. Still struggling to gain weight. Still do not want to re-introduce gluten as it seems to have unwanted side effects (despite keeping weight on).

    Made winner circle (just). 3 pass days, but kept honest. All 3 pass days were lack of 20+ mins dedicated activity.

    Work travel schedule had me posting every second day. I plan to post every day this month (or at leat try if I can stay awake).

    Following this goals was very helpful to me last month. I lost weight despite missing step 2 because of some stressful situations beyond my control.

    Under calories, and tango lesson + dog walking for exercise

    I went off the rails last month, left UAC, then came back. My goal this month is to stick with daily UAC no matter what. I don't feel confident enough to set my goal on the winner's circle, but I do feel confident that I can stick to the group. If I do that, I know the positive influence of you all, will rub off on me :)

    @am_change found those perfect kitten heels and they are red. Thought of you and of course bought them. LOL. Today was the day I was supposed to be with my sister and her family but she canceled coming home. I took mom out to a shop she wanted to go to. Just had a nice day glad I did it. So far so good.
