Weekend is coming . I ALWAYS derail my progress on the weekends. I completely lose my mind. I hope that being apart of this challenge will help me change the habit of going wild on the weekend.5 -

Struggled to stay within calories . Candy snacking in afternoon....but worked it out in evening4 -
Late! But yes x3 with lots of time logged in the garden and carrying heavy things up stairs from the basement. Wine with dinner was ill advised but fit in the calories.4
