Hello everyone!! Let me tell you a secret...."Nobody gets kicked off the UAC island!!" Our primary challenge is to do a daily (or no less than every 3 day report). The report is to provide accountability in 4 areas
1) Intaking fewer calories per day than your chosen limit. That limit is known only to you.
2) Tracking your eating and caloric beverage intake
3) Intentional exercise of 20 or more minutes per day.
4) reporting your results here at the UAC.
You are allowed 3 Pass days. A Pass Day is a day in which you did not hit all 3 of the daily goals.
If you accomplish that, then, you too will be part of the UAC royalty who are lauded as member's of this month's Winner's Circle.
BUT, as long as you wish to stay in accountability with the group, you are always welcome.
For example, I often am in the Winner's Circle, but not this July.
Let's all work together to build the thoughtful and healthy habits that will help us feel better and live longer.

Today I pulled Richard Simmons out of the rack to start working on the shoulders. Plus Thursday I am the receptionist so I sit all day. I have like 3 bosses depending where I am who is in charge. The boss everyone hates is my favorite. She told me to consider another department even as cross training. I love working with people so I have to really consider my options. Right now I love my job I don't want to move in a direction and hate it.
Last night of swimming tonight till fall as the kids start fall sports practice next week.8 -
Exercise - 30 minute tabata HIIT with weights and lower ab workout. I am doing HASfit, love Coach Kozak and Claudia!

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 14+km in North Sydney (4+km at lunch and 10+km for dinner).

Lunchtime walk. Long walk to get dinner (over the bridge and around the opera house).
MapMyWalk says I have walked over 1018km so far this year (Just got the message that I beat the year )
Tracked all I ate and MFP says I should eat more if I want to not lose weight.

Exercise-1 hr water aerobics + 40 min stationary bike
Calories- ok today is bone broth day with snacks of berries

Good day despite work drama.
Started with a run (see the What's on your mind thread for one victory in the run) and my ankle coped well once it warmed up. I'm not much of a runner but once a week it gets me the points I need for my insurance bonus reward and I get to run along the beachfront! Evening Jiu Jitsu class (with 10 ladies on the mat again). Learnt an awesome foot lock to try on one of the guys tomorrow (his car broke down so he doesn"t know the move!) and had some good rounds including one with coach. Of course he just did whatever he wants with me but that's why he is black belt to my Blue!
Food was good with a couple of treats and all logged.
The weekend is going to be challenging as we have our annual geek fest and I'm working at our stand so it will be junk food options but as long as I'm careful I will start under my goal. I will get my exercise in before the event starts each day.7 -
Pass 1
Woke up at 11pm after an early night last night to be sick/vomit and continued throughout the night (gross, sorry) so no exercise for me today. Ate a little and tracked it all. Hopefully be well enough to go to two close friends' wedding on Saturday which I'd been anticipating as being a pass day. Oh well winners circle or not I'm going to be here EVERY DAY this month.
