It's Saturday, August 4 and I'm at our annual family reunion Hog Roast. The UAC has helped me to hold-the-line at that annual pig-out. My family culture is one of 'encouraged overeating"? Any of you have the same problem?
Well, for the last 3 years, I have tracked my food eaten at the reunion. Surprisingly, I can enjoy all of my favorites, if I just eat in moderation. Are family reunions a problem for you?

Drone racing today. Time trial. Flew OK. Getting used to changes in equipment.
Apart from that, pretty normal weekend day (lots of little jobs to do round the house).
@RangerRickL. Family reunions are never a problem. My family all gets along well. I can eat most things (like you in moderation), but I find I tend to only eat my preferences and leave most of the other treats for those who enjoy them more.

I think work is harder. Yesterday we had brownies for breakfast and afternoon a customer did a sundae bar for all of the employees from the Pink Cow.
Walked this morning with mom. Then I went and checked out the town wide garage sale. The best part of garage sales is I can think. I am doing great on decluttering as I don't have any of the stuff nor do I want it.

Im gonna take a pass day, i went to a fellowship meal at church,i ate smart,however since its only estimated calories im not sure if i stayed in my caleries today.

Hurrah! It's Saturday night and the grandchildren, Rose and I are back from the family reunion. My Mom and step-Dad are 87 years old and a brother and I spent a lot of time each day moving them from their home to the reunion location. They were glad to be with their loved ones, but the sheer act of getting from their residence and then back again is an Everest climb-like effort with wheel chairs and walkers rather than ropes and carabiners.
I was successful in tracking, exercise (intentional walks); and no-more than allowable intake for all days, Thursday, Friday, and today.
