So grateful, my knee does feel much better today than it did last night, which I count as miraculous because something was/is very clearly wrong. I took it easy today, Drs appointment is Monday morning so I'll know more tomorrow.5 -

Stayed under calories much better than I had expected. Logged it all.
Despite being super tired and it being cold and miserable, I started my day with a run before heading off to the Geek Fest.
And I won the raffle for the board game Ticket to Ride at the geek fest which was awesome!6 -
