Not doing so well with diet and exercise. :(:(!!!!!
Need motivation to get exercise in!!

    I've been stumbling too! We just have to take it slowly and steady and keep going. One challenge at a time. If we take a step back now and then, it's okay, just keep moving forward over the long run.

    Exercise is on hold for me as I normally try to bike to work for exercise. But due to air quality at the moment, and my asthma, I'm on pause. To make up for it, I'm trying to be better about my calories.

    I have been struggling as well. I really only like to exercise outside and air quality has been awful here too. The humidity the past couple of weeks is miserable. I have forced myself to do DVDs at home and I found a place to walk at lunch that is indoors with lots of stairs. I am supposed to start training for a half marathon this week, but not sure how I can run outside with this heat. I hate the treadmill, but I may have to suck it up.

    No weight loss so far. Sigh! Got to keep trying. Onwards and upwards!!!!
