A little upset about my 1 lb gain this week. I was at a total loss of 50 & was so happy. And I was so close to my next goal of 190. I’ll have to try harder this week.3 -

That last little bit is still making me work hard for it. Still need to try a bit harder snacks wise but did loads exercise wise last week (Pilates, gym, 10 mile run, body attack aerobics, 5km run) Argh. Suppose it is still going down (slightly)so can't grumble. Not sure I'm going to make my target in time now but I'll keep at it! Good luck everyone xx1 -

Pretty amazed I lost anything tbh as I had a f**k it weekend last weekend and figured I'd eat somewhere around maintenance and "get back on it" Monday.. which I kinda did but also ate over my allowance by a couple of hundred some days. I think exercise is pretty much my saving grace this week.

I had a large loss last week so I'm not too disheartened by this weeks gain as this is more where I would expect to be.2 -

Right on track with losing 2 lbs a week. I guess the weeks of 5lbs or more are behind me...I'll step up the exercise this week and see if that helps. Walking 85 to 90 thousand steps a week may not get me to goal.
