Where will you be on your journey a month from now?

We often talk about the benefits of managing weight one day at a time. How's that working out for you? If you do that based on where you are, how you're doing today, where will you be a month from now?

For me, I've done pretty well staying the course and maintaining my weight. Much of my time this summer as I've worked between houses has been without scales: kitchen or bathroom. When I've weighed myself after 7-10 days without those tools, I've usually been pleased to find I'm close to my goal weight. A few times, I've even lost weight.
I expect this trend to continue a month from now. "Living the lifestyle" is important to me. I appreciate life in a smaller body so even in times of stress and unknowns, it's a priority for me to keep it going. I wouldn't be too cavalier about saying "I've got this", but I feel like there's always that little voice always in the back of my head, guiding my choices.
While this is a one-day-at-a-time gig for me, I fully expect to be where I want to be weight-maintenance wise a month from now.1 -
My weight has been remarkably steady this summer in spite of a lot of late nights and stress. But the biggest stressor that I had at work (my program director) departed right before Memorial Day.
I fully expect to be weight stable this time next month. And hopefully less tired as everything I teach is during the day, not the evening, in the fall semester this time around.1 -
Pretty simple for me with one goal in mind. Loss of 8 lbs between now and September 7th. That my goal anyway.
SW 400.8
CW 346.2😀
Next GW 300.0
Final GW 185.0
54.6 lbs Total lost1 -
I have been on track for 7 weeks, literally, tracking! I lost 11.6 plus another 2.2 the month before for a total of 13.8.
Next month I'll be prepping for our anniversary trip and would like to lose another 6 before we leave on 9/22. That'll give me a new number in the teens place and motivate me to eat well on Vaca, avoiding fried seafood and sticking to other healthy, delicious options. Since I don't usually set a number goal, my alternate goal is to continue to stay OP, track, and be content with the rate that my body sheds the #s.1 -
I've lost about 8 pounds over the last month. My hope is to retain that momentum and to be down at least another five by this time next month.0

I've been basically maintaining with gains and losses. I really would like to see myself get back into the losing mood with out these gains and mover closer to my goal even it it is slow and steady. As I stated prior in LTL I will get there!1

This past week I have been doing much better taking one day at a time, tracking every day and staying within my points most days. If I keep this up, next month I would expect to be down at least 5 pounds.1

I’ve been keeping track of weight daily on this app since late June. Every day as you enter it you get a short “keep it up” message. It projects your weight out 5 weeks if you continue as you have been. This puts me back into the 230’s for the first time in way to long. My rational mind would argue that weight loss is not linear, but I have to admit it does motivate me to stay on track.1

I have been at a plateau between 201 and 205 for at least the last 2 years, I am at 200.5 as of this morning, my goal for 1 month out is to be solidly in onederland.

Next month will be my five-year anniversary of making goal. I got within two pounds of goal a couple weeks ago but am up a little since then. I'd like to get back to actual goal (160) by my anniversary date. Reasonable eating should allow this to happen.1

I hope to be a few pounds lighter, but may take a couple of months to be 5 LB lighter which would be better for me.1

Since I've been around this weight for about 2 years, and probably not change my habits much, I'll probably be about the same.1

I’m doing pretty well, currently in the green zone. A month from now, I’m supposed to be in Chicago. Wondering where I’m going to find a Pickleball game.2

After a couple weeks of drifting with the tides recently and losing some momentum, I plan on being down 5lbs or more and back on my exercise schedule after my final knee injection next week. I also plan on baking one day or more a week and finish converting the family to a low carb menu.1
