Back to School Challenge!

Yes, it’s about that time of year!

PE was never my favorite subject and I still recall starting the year with our fitness test, so let’s do like the kiddies do!

Try doing the following each day this week:
25 jumping jacks
25 arm circles
10 sit-ups (or crunches)
And 10 push-ups

Bonus points if you own or buy a jump rope and can do 2 minutes without stopping!

    Haha! My knees are never doing jumping jacks again, but I will take you up on the rest! I will double each of the others to make up for it!

    No jumping jack with artificial hip but I have been enjoying the motel pool in the late afternoon.

    Ok, this one is bringing out all my middle aged insecurities. Jumping jacks are doable, but made me realize I need better bras. The boob flopping was embarrassing and I was alone. I'm going to keep at the arm circles - I don't remember them burning like that. More crunches, I need WAY more crunches. And if I'm doing the push-ups, I have to do the wall kind because my knees objected to the modified and I'm too week to do the standard. Plus, I just re-read this post and I'm a whiner.
