Back to ONEderland!!! Darn vacations LOL
0 -
Yeah, but it was vacation...which means that it was worth it. There are weeks that I plan on not caring what I eat. Thanksgiving comes to mind. I didn't get to be 300lbs by not knowing how to cook. Everyone comes here (usually 40-50 people) because all you have to say to my friends is "Melinda is cooking free food" and EVERYONE shows up. They make jokes that so many people show up that I probably feed half the homeless population too and wouldn't even know it
You're doing great though!! Now that vacation is over, you're going to stay in onderland for sure!

Good job!! Post a PIC! You and I are on a trend. I wish more members shared their success stories with pictures.[/quote]
I'll try to get some up this week. 99% of my adult life was spent around the 200-215 mark and I gained to 315 in just over a year after getting really sick, bell's palsey, and continuous high doses of prednisone. I think I only have 1 or 2 pics of me in the last year because I didn't really do anything except recover. I am also having a perception problems because even though I have lost 65+ lbs now, I am still fatter than any of my pics or where my body is use to being. I really don't think that I will feel like I have lost any weight until onederland0 -

Super cute dress! You're doing fantastic! We have just about the same fashion sense, but I can't wear sleeveless right now because of the outrageous farmer's tan that I am rocking right now0

Well guys, I'm out for a least the next two months. I will still continue to log personally. Saturday I hurt my knee and there is about a 50% chance I'll need surgery. The other option is a knee brace for at least 6 weeks. I'll know more once I get in with the orthopedic hopefully sometime this week.0 -
You don't have to leave Ms. Kitty! You can still hang out with us in the cool cat club. I hope that you feel better soon and that you won't need surgery!0

lots and lots of agua0 -
I have horrible issues with salt: I can be +/- 5 lbs or more depending on how much salt I eat in a day. At least I can usually get rid of it in 2 days.1

Can I join in? I just started my journey (again) last month, but what I’m doing is working and I have gained a lot of confidence in the “I can do this” category. I started July 1 at my highest weight ever and am currently down almost 20 lbs. just looking for accountability and encouragement. Feel free to add me as a friend, I can use all the encouragement I can get!

I haven’t taken very many pictures, but here’s a face to face comparison. 18 lbs difference since July 1. Ignore the makeup free face- ugh! I feel good and feel like people will start noticing a difference in me soon too.0

Wow! That is a huge difference Mrs C!! WTG!! ^^1

Updated with today’s weigh in. Down 2.2 lbs this week. I love that intermittent fasting is working so well for me!
