Aug 14 plenty exercise. 60 mins on the mountain bike and later walked my dogs with my wife. All that before long driving day.

Went out for Thai food for a going away party, so calories went out the window. Put on 2 lbs overnight, so definitely got a load of sodium. Back to basics tomorrow.4
