10 days of real food- join me?

I have a lot of health issues that I believe could be alleviated if I could mostly cut out processed food and added sugar. The "real food" diet/challenge seems like the best and healthiest way for me to do this without being too extreme. I'd love to have someone else to do it with because I desperately need accountability. I plan on starting with just 10 days, and doing it again if I feel better after the first round.

    Sounds like a good plan - I pretty much eat this way anyway probably 90% of the time - Happy to provide support . Is there a 100 days of real food group? You might check that too for accountability ;-)

    There is, but no activity since 2012 :P. And I eat like this 90% of the time too, but the last 10% is very bad... haha. Thank you for the support! I can start anytime!

    I too have been eating like this! A 10 day challenge would be nice though to weed out anything unhealthy! I’ll do it. :)
