Good morning. It is a wet one here...we needed the rain, good for the garden! Dog shows over the weekend...very hot and humid, but show was inside, so climate control was good for dogs and humans alike.
Since last post I have completed the following:
8/14 = 60 minutes gardening
8/16 = 60 minutes dog show
8/17 = 60 minutes dog show
8/18 = 45 minutes dog show
8/20 = 75 minutes gardening

I met my goal of exercising an average of at least five days a week this month. This includes activities like several hours of yard work or deep cleaning instead of a walk, for example, that I don't post here .

Well, I kind of fell off the Leslie path because my work out space got taken up with furniture and books! We are having new windows put int he entire house and every thing had to be moved away from the windows so the installers could work. UGH! I am actually shocked I got as close to my goal as I did since all I did was move furniture around, pack up books and "stuff." :laugh: I am back in MI with a new plan!
Total for August 78.1 measly miles :explode:
