How do I get those little smiley faces to work. I do have the premium package if that is necessary. Thanks

    Right above the box where you type is a smiley face with a down arrow next to it. Click on the down arrow and choose the emoji you want.

    You type a : and a drop down menu comes up like this one

    From there you are limited to only those emojis but there are lots of others available. I don’t know exactly what to type for each one but if you type a letter after the : like l for lol it will show you different emoji options like this. So try it with different letters to get different faces. Like A for angry or S for sunglasses or whatever.

    As I started explaining it I remembered much more how to do it :lol:

    Anyway, you definitely DONT want to use the emojis from your device keyboard because they cause some malfunction where you will lose everything you type after it and you can’t get it back. Really makes you mad if you type a long thoughtful reply and lose it all. :angry:
