Peter Attia has started creating podcasts called The Drive. It's longevity based but he has a strong interest in ketosis and LCHF diets.
This podcast interview with Dom D'Agostino is really technical. Understatement! I need to listen to it again... But so much in it. Wow. Worth a listen when you have a few spare hours.

He has other interviews with Rhonda Patrick and Tim Ferris which I haven't listened to yet.

I listened to his AMA podcast (Ask Me Anything) He touched briefly near the end on ketosis and why he is no longer in ketosis after being strict for three years (he is still LCHF). So much of his answers are really in-depth (REALLY IN-DEPTH) and fly right over my head but still I think he makes some great points and has really interesting guests.1

Peter Attia sends off an email to me weekly for the new podcasts - I tend to read the transcripts because I can process print better in my 'bwain' and it's easy to go back and look at a certain in-depth item and possibly 'google scholar' for more info in the middle of the podcast. I do like his stuff although it seems too detailed a life he is living to translate to those of us who have everyday responsibilities. If my paid job was testing my body and finding out other esoteric science-y info maybe I'd pay a bit more attention, lol. Very interesting stuff though.1

Attia is awesome and having Dom on there was great. For our WOE and lifestyle, if you haven't listened to it, go do it.
