    What day of your challenge are you on? Day 6
    Did you track your food today? Yes
    Did you Work out today? Yes
    What type of exercise was it? Bike pedaling under my desk @ work
    What was your high and low for the day? So far my high was having my chocolate meal replacement shake (was looking forward to that half of banana!) and my low is having to drag myself out of bed to come to work lol.

    Did you track your food today? So far just breakfast
    Did you Work out today? YES 25 mins
    What type of exercise was it? Squats 10mins, Standing abs 10mins 5 mins warm up and stretch 5mins cool down and stretch
    What was your high and low for the day? Getting up and actually working out without feeling pressure to be perfect or go for hours
    Mood on a scale of 1-10? 8 feeling good feeling hopeful feeling motivated feeling at ease about this whole fitness thing.

    What type of exercise was it? Walk 20 min.
    What was your high and low for the day? My high was feeling proud of myself for actually getting started a few days ahead of January 1 - even though I still have one more party to attend. My low was going over my calories by 200. Tracking sure makes it clear that it's critical to not go over my calories. I went over by eating just a couple extra bites - a few crackers and candy kisses. They sure tasted good, but not worth it.

    Did you track your food today? breakfast and lunch so far
    Did you Work out today? YES 32 mins 2 more than yesterday :-)
    What type of exercise was it? Triceps and Cardio work out 10mins, Tricept Shoulders and Biceps 12mins 5 mins warm up and stretch 5mins cool down and stretch
    What was your high and low for the day? Getting up and actually working out without feeling pressure to be perfect or go for hours ... again
    Mood on a scale of 1-10? 8 feeling good feeling hopeful feeling motivated feeling at ease about this whole fitness thing. Food is becoming a non factor slowly but surely. :-)
