100 Days of Commitment

No fancy rules,

just log your meals everyday

-and-

do some sort of exercise for 100 days, even if all you can fit in is a couple of jumping jacks or squats.

It's just a commitment to yourself.

I journal every day and I suppose it would be cool to add a couple of those things in the group to keep each other accountable :)

No special start date. We'll support your start day. I personally am on my day 6. So I am 6% of the way through my commitment.

Choose something that you want to commit to yourself everyday for 100 days in addition to this and put it in the group chat.
