Exercised?: Yes, the bare minimum. Was feeling really under the weather all day but a friend suggested I try to do at least half the goal I set out for. I’m glad I did because I pushed myself by turning my walk into a jog (to get it over with) and got my heart rate up.
Calories?: No. Was 165 cal over today and beating myself up over it.
Tracked?: Yes

Definitely got my quota of exercise. Weights early morning, yoga at lunch and jiu jitsu in the evening. I did however manage to drop the bar with weights on my face at the end of my session (because I wasn't paying attention, but I will make sure to get a spotter in future.) No major damage, just bruises, slight cut and swollen lip!
Ate under calories because I thought I was spot on and then realised I had double logged. Got to eat a few spoonfuls of peanut butter then!!!
Had a frustrating day with numerous things just not working out, including nearly taping one of the white belt boys and getting stopped by the end of class!!!
Today is going better, including one of our stranded seals cuddling up to me while I held his pen-mate!1 -

Don't beat yourself up, you weren't feeling well, and still got two out of three! And . . . you're still here at the UAC. We have pass days because bad days, sick days, and sometime just a need for a break days happen to all of us.4 -

On my work break I walked to the local Menards (like a Lowe's or Home Depot) and got some Pur filters for my sister. Was it humid!!! Glad I walked, though. Then, in the evening hubby and I went for a bike ride, and I dropped the filters off at my sister's apt -- about a 12-1/2-mile round trip.3 -

jeeze i have been so out of it...i'm sorry guys!
but i did complete all 3 tasks again today. even in the heat! got my 20 minutes of walking in, tracked and was under calories!1
