    Yesterday I had no sodas or alcohol

    No sodas yesterday, but I did have 3 glasses of champagne

    Friday: ~4 shots bourbon in mixed drinks
    Saturday: 3 beers, 1 whiskey and coke (2 shots whiskey)
    Sunday: ~4 shots tequila, 1 shot triple sec in margaritas

    Yesterday I had 8 oz of ginger ale and no alcohol

    This one was easy for me. I consumed no alcohol or soda for the week because I can’t :'(
