Yesterday, @craigo3154 shared the great news that his wife no longer needs to take insulin for diabetes. This is good news, but it's important to know why she her body is healing. Is it some new found insulin medication? No, it's a thoughtful change in her choice of foods. She is learning that some modern foods cause her to be unhealthy.
The UAC is about all of us choosing to do what is healthy and reject unhealthy habits.

I have been sick for several days so I've had to take 3 pass days already. I have had respiratory infection with fever and throat pain worse than I have experienced ever. Finally got meds yesterday from the Doc. Feeling much better today so have been able to get exercise. Hopefully will be better. On the brighter side when they weighed my I was over a pound lighter. I think it was because I couldn't swallow.0 -

Exercise: Yea I guess, felt too weak to do much so i did some aerobics and swept the house and did some push ups+lunges

I hit a health goal!! I got my period back after it being gone for nearly a whole year. I'm so happy but now I feel super weak, feverish, and very depressive and dysmorphic so sticking to my routine is a bit difficult until I feel better.
I'm also getting a lot of cravings,I'm 11 days binge/overeating free and this is usually the time my willpower starts to break, but not this time!!! It's way too easy to just buy whatever junk food I want and eat it all in one night, so I gotta fight that urge. 💪🌟4 -
