Life is crazy right now. Just logging to say I'm on track...1 -
Sept 5 - 1st pass day
@RangerRickL - timely post, just what I needed to see this morning!
And congrats to @craigo3154 and his wife... my mother reversed her pre-diabetic state with diet and exercise for the last 15 years. It is doable and sustainable! Congratulations on a truly feel-good feat!
Exercise: Yes, 33 mins walking
Calories: NOPE
Tracked: Sure thing
It was a stressfully busy and long day. I was able to maintain my calories for my meals, but when my day was finally done I automatically (and willingly I might add) chose to snack to decompress... was an eye opener to track those calories and an attitude adjuster, for sure. Bumped off the wagon, but back on this morning... and thinking about how to successfully and healthily decompress in the future... cause I know yesterday was not the last stressfully busy and long day to come my way!1 -
Yes to all 3

My report is much wimpier:
Calories: under by not much, but under
Tracking: good
Exercise: I barely got in 25 minutes of walking.
Thanks, for your kind words, my friend!! Being retired and a bachelor, with no family responsibilities leaves lotsa time for exercise. Plus, I'm blessed to have excellent instructors and lots of fun, hard-working workout buddies!!1 -

I can relate! I'm not retired but single with no family responsibility gives a certain freedom. And having the right team and leader to train with makes all the difference!1 -

Yes x 3
Ex: 57 mins: Pilates (heavier weights!), walk

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank YES
Half of my bike ride was in a steady rain shower. Soaked shoes and backpack. Hopefully this is the last day of rain for awhile in Madison with all of the flooding lately. Fortunately I don’t have any flooding issues.
Here’s a pic of the huge sand “bags” by the bike path.1 -
Here’s a better pic0 -

Yes x 3, hard gym workout, did squats, deads, and 3 pull ups, my record! I quit drinking alcohol for this month, and used the saved money for a massage today. Life is good. It's only been 7 days off work, but I'm beginning to see glimpses of my old self. I wish I didn't have to go back next week, it sucks the lifeblood out of me. But i'm starting the process of finding another job. My goal is a new job by the end of the year. UAC is helping me maintain healthy habits so I can take care of business. Thanks to you all.3
