    Why do the pictures in all of the articles of this type show rock hard abs, bulging pectorals and huge biceps? I'm just saying! lol

    I once went on a macro counting website that recommended I eat my body weight in protein grams. I gagged at the thought and ran far far away!

    That being said, I do try to hit around 100 grams a day because I find it makes me feel more satiated.

    When you get to goal weight, first you stop paying, then you get free etools, then after your one year anniversary at goal you get younger and the hard body. I think that is how it goes. I forget which plan they added that to.

    Most of it is old knowledge for me. I do see that they have been relaxing the idea of needing to eat complementary proteins for a complete balance of essential amino acids. They do not need to be consumed at every meal but mostly just for the day. I don't do protein stuff in the gym despite what the latest trend might be. No idea how much I eat in grams.

    I think the best ever was NordicTrack. 20 minutes per day 3 times per week and you’re going to look just like this 23yo fitness model who’s eaten nothing but eggs for 3 weeks and has had exactly 1/2 cup of water to drink since last Tuesday. And has never been anywhere near a ski machine before today.

    Been on Atkins diet 4 times last 100 lbs 4 times. Hit fifty years olds didn't work so well. That being said that sort was not just protein it was full of fat. Thank goodness my genes were good enough to thwart off any physical damage. I think an all around balance is the best approach for me. Abbs? what is that. Looking in the mirror I have rolls but no muscles in what I see. LOL!

    There’s a coffee shop full of people staring at me laughing out loud. Fortunately, no coffee in my mouth at the moment.
