I've done well this week and can't wait for Friday's weigh in...will be doing the gym after work...but walked/jogged 4 miles tonight at home on the treadmill!!!2

Ugh I’ve totally stagnated this week. Unless I pull a surprise loss tomorrow this week is a bit of a wash.1

having a hard time working out put myself in a mini flare but i have not gained so i will keep trying by watching what i eat and do very light activity.1

Hey all- I've been a bit MIA. I was on vacation all last week so I indulged a bit too much in things like cocktails and chips, and also missed last week's weigh in as we were out camping.
I'm back in action though and even got on the scale this morning- it's not as bad as I was expecting. I won't be meeting my goal this challenge but I've made a new goal, to get into the 180's. I've got a couple weeks and I can do it if I focus. Thanks everyone for the motivation.2 -
