    September 6

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! Did 25 minutes on the treadmill. I had to really talk myself into getting on that thing!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!

Tomorrow, I need to try and wake up early and get my exercise done in the morning! Fridays are so unpredictable, so I also need to try and not eat too many calories in the morning and for lunch.

Hope everyone has a great and successful weekend!

Exercise: Yes! Did some walking for a while and a lil bit of light/low impact cardio, and then a 40 minute strength session!!
    Calories: Yes, comfortably so!
    Tracked: Yep!

Having a much better day. I finally got proper rest last night and woke up so energized!! I even managed to do a lil strength training, tho it's been a while so those Goblet Squats were killing me 😫
Tomororw I plan on doing HIIT 👌
No cravings today 😎 and treated myself to toast with tasty toppings for my dinner, it was filling and satisfying!

And I love the stuff about taking it a day at a time, really needed to see that ❤️❤️

@ProfDawnLee My favorite quote of the day, "Mostly good choices." That is the way that I live and frankly it makes life very satisfying and fun...and still healthy.

Habits have definitely played a big roll on my journey but it is also important to focus on adding them to your life gradually. Once you have one established, you can start focusing on another one, etc etc etc.

Also, there are times when the plan needs to change. This morning I skipped my gym session because I didn't sleep well (anyone else have a dog who suddenly decides to howl in his sleep?) and I needed some me time to get my head in the right place after a tough couple of days. I almost skipped Jiu Jitsu in the evening because it was freezing cold, but I realised the best way to warn up was to go to training. I had a great session and came home nice and warm!

Food was a bit higher than ideal but within the range I allowed myself today as it was sushi for my friend's birthday (it's trad that we take each other).

    All logged as usual.

I know spring is rainy season here but honestly, this is colder than winter was. Warm up already, please!

Good luck with your German Shepherd pup, ours went through a phase of howling at 04 am when next door got a new rooster ~ thankfully he's over that now, best wishes for your September challenge x
