And it will all work out better if we track our intake; count our calories and get some exercise!!!

This early mornings walk was in semi darkness & this evenings in total darkness due to the shortening days here in the UK, owls were hooting on both walks which was kinda cool4 -

today felt slow and laggy, not very productive either. all i did was some yoga and a bit of walking and some aerobics/dancing and arm exercises w/ 5lbs, then spent rest of the day slumped over a computer.
struggled a bit with calories, im like extra hungry for some reason, but i prevented a binge and im within today's goal. just not as low as i would like tho
not feeling great today, but i can't let that mood ruin the rest of my week 😷1 -

We will not mention how much I ate yesterday. I do not have the willpower to keep nuts in my house (and that was after I stopped logging...)
On the activity side it was great! Actually despite eating too much I did have a good day, and I'm back on track today.
Morning roll was delayed but still happened. Just me and one guy which is actually good because we roll slower and focus more on technique.
My friend convinced me to go for a run at the beachfront, which she set the pace for so it was really a walk with an occasional jog but it was beautiful and good to catch up with her.
PT session with my guy (who is like a little brother to me!) saw how much definition i have in my calves and he commented on increased definition on my quads plus my squat form is improving.1 -
