Things to be proud of this week: I made it through the week. I tracked every single thing that passed my lips, including the really "naughty" stuff. I managed not to weigh myself everyday!2 -

Question for you all: what are you doing for weight loss? Just counting calories? Exersicing? Specific diet?
I am doing the 5:2 fast/way of life. I eat 500-700 (usually closer to 700 bc my TDEE is higher) 2 days a week and can eat up to 2200 the other 5 days. I’m finding it hard to eat that many being more conscious of my food choices so I am often closer to 1700-1900. If you google TDEE you can calculate your calories and learn more about it. I weighed 285 on July 1 and my last weigh in was 264.8 (I think.. ha!). It’s working for me and a great way for me to not feel deprived or have to cut so many calories each day which over the last 10+ years has always ended up in failure/binge eating and low self esteem bc of said failure. I have a long way to go but my first end goal is to fit into my wedding dress from 13 years ago. I weighed 144 when I got married and my dress was an 8/10. I could have lost 10 more lbs to be ideal, which is my ultimate goal of 135.1 -

OMNITRITION - it's an HCG supplement along with vitamins and magnesium / 600 calories a day of approved protein, veggies and fruit along with 100+ oz of water - IT WORKS! I am not hungry - first few days are not easy but teaches you to eat healthy and not OVER EAT! I'm down 34 lbs since 06/11 and about 22+ inches - if you want to know more - let me know3 -
I'm just doing the eat less move more. My body is use to being around the 200-215 mark, so I expect it to start getting hard for me around there. Once I hit the 180, the weight will come off at the pace of death for me. I need someone to just go ahead and commit to dragging me back kicking and screaming whenever I get to that point. Don't trust anything I say....I really WON'T starve to death.2

Thanks for sharing your methods! Melinda- I know what it’s like to hit that WALL. I’m not looking forward to it myself! I’ve never heard of Omnitrition- but I’m glad it’s working for you Dana!
Here’s my numbers this week, I’m feeling great about them! Going camping with my kids this weekend and a group of others. I’m not in charge of the food. 😬. I guess we’ll see how my numbers are next week. I keep telling myself- everything in MODERATION!

Name: Samantha - New to the group. Been on MFP for years on and off. When I stick to it, this works, when I don't then I fall off. My wife is with me this time, and been going for 2 months so far, slow and steady and consistent is what I'm aiming for.
