I can deal with a stall...it’s the gains that freak me out.

Not a huge gain, but 2 pounds I wasn’t expecting. Not sure of any specific cause. Just know that I’m mentally not tolerating it. 3 months post op and down 47 pounds total. (32 since surgery).

Weight rarely consistently goes down. As long as you are seeing a downward trend and following your doctor's instructions for eating, don't fret this weight gain. I'm pre-surgery and eating less than 1200 calories a day. My weight fluctuates a lot from day to day but the weekly trend is always less than the week before. Focus on what you've lost. 47 pounds (32 since surgery) is very good.0

I am a year out my surgery was 9/14/17 I have lost a total of 56 pounds. My weight fluctuates between 2 to 3 pounds during a 2 month stall and then when I get passed the stall it drops plus some.0

I am 8 weeks post op and eat maybe 500 calories a day. This week I gained 2 pounds. I called my nutritionist and made an appointment. She is going to look at my food logs and see if I need to be eating more0
