OMGOODNESS today's walk was done in sunny, warm conditions BUT it's blowing a gale 33mph according to the weather forecast I figure I must have burnt off at least an extra 3 calories what do you think LOL

Another work day in Spain. Late finish again.
Flying home tomorrow (20th), so got a very early night. Need to time slip back 8 hours over 2 days (and 24 hours flying), so starting time adjustment now.
So posting this early morning on the 20th. Morning meetings before afternoon flight.

oh dang almost forgot to log here lol.
slow day but kept myself busy/productive and kept myself walking/standing for about 3 or so hours.
struggling with cravings, munchies & feeling unmotivated + like i'm not "doing enough" this week, but i'm being too hard on myself this week so i need to just chill & practice some self care and reflect on how well i've done so far and be patient with the process.
but my running shoes came in the mail tho so i'm so excited to get back into my cardio routine next week!
