After having a huge gain last week I made sure to be really good this week and stay under my calorie goal every day. So gad it paid off well and I lost the weight I'd put on plus extra. Have lost 7kg so far now which puts me exactly at the halfway mark to my first goal 😁✌️2 -

Stayed the same this week, after having a bad back injury on Sunday - from sleeping off all things. Trying to let it heal and just getting some extra walking in, since I can't run or do cardio right now. Pleased that it's not a gain.1 -

I started my weight loss back in February when I tried on dresses for my niece's September wedding. Went dress shopping last weekend for an actual dress to wear and was much happier at almost 30lbs lighter.
One of the dresses was a size 14 which is around where I would expect. It was a bit big so I asked for a 12. My niece came back with a 10 because they didn't have any 12's and said to try it. I laughed and told her it wouldn't fit but, I was wrong - it did fit. I didn't end up buying that dress but, so glad I tried it on!3 -

It is recommended 2 lbs a week, so you are on the right track! Keep up the good work!!!1
