I made a Buddha Bowl: rice, vegetarian taco filling, red beans, edamame, and a black bean rolled taco.

    A QT Fresh Chef Salad 260 kcal QT Chicken Tenders 375 kcal bad choice for a total of 810 total kcal. So on top of a not good choices breakfast I am getting close to blowing this day.

    Not so much: about 1/4 cup of roasted unsalted cashews while I was on the road. Not real hungry yesterday (some days are like that).
