Meal prepping on Sundays is everything!

I have breakfast and lunch prepped for the week... my best weeks are when I do this! Still need to work on dinner prep.

We plan dinners for the week, but haven't done the same for lunches. Breakfasts are pretty consistent (eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc.), so rather concentrate efforts on lunches and dinners. Prepping definitely does make a difference! Part of the process is uploading recipes to MFP for easier tracking.1

I'm not home till weds night. Meanwhile, I'll make better food choices till then when I can prep. Breakfast will be easiest1
