So, happy that I was able to do a bunch of shopping and walk on my treadmill for 40 minutes and had no knee pain. I think I just need to really watch the inclines, which sucks because that is my favorite thing to do.4 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Align and Define Yoga class in the morning, a 60 minute Hatha Yoga class, followed by a 60 minute Pilates class, followed by a 70 minute Pilates Reformer class in the evening. I'm really blessed with lots of energy and stamina. Of course, it helps that all the classes are low impact.

I had a two meals at a nice restaurant day. In the old days, I would have consumed a unknown amount of calories. Today, I made good choices and tracked my calories. Even though, I enjoyed being with those who invited me, I was able to eat well and within control. That is a UAC NSV for me.
Exercise: basic walking for 25 minutes
Calories: under by over 300 calories

Made it by the skin of my teeth. I have a work meeting every Tuesday, and I'm both bored and stressed at the same time. There are always sweets lying about. I ate one cupcake, figured it in my calories, and made it. Did tango class and dog walking for exercise.2
