    I aim to be, not saying expect but aim without doubt. Used 2 pass days so far and I'm racing over the weekend so it's a risky situation but I aim to stick to it.
    I'd like to thank ...I don't know who... who stated they had some pass days left at the end of last month, well you were an inspiration. :kissing_heart:

    As for today...
    Exercise - 40m running + 1h10 gym cross training

    Tracked - yes

    Yes x3. Another 6 hour ski day, last for the year. I haven't had a pass day yet (though tomorrow could bring that to an end!) and am hoping to be in the winner's circle.

    Not a Winner’s Circle month for me, although I did still lose weight.
    I also need to explain that whilst I have enthusiastically signed up again for October, you won’t see me online until mid October. We are travelling and internet access will be both variable and low in priority. It is a trip with loads of hiking and I will try and make good eating/ drinking decisions, but won’t be able to track it all.
    Thanks for all the great, inspiring stories and ongoing support! I look forward to slotting straight back in with you all come mid October!

    In the circle. but, more important to me than the circle, is following each and every one of your journeys. I don't comment much, but I definitely care how everyone is doing!!

    A perfect fall day, so I called in and told the office I'd be riding a horse this morning. It was great!!!
    Calories: under by 157 (not much margin)

    Raising my hand, I expect to be in the circle this month!!

    I do have three pass days already, as long as I don't go over this Saturday I will make it. Saturday is a concert day at a winery...but I've done two big concerts this month and they weren't even pass days. So I'm optimistic!

    Sadly not in the winners circle with four passes, but as this is month one of a long journey I am pleased with just four as opposed to most days. Two were a choice to go over calories and as it was only by small amounts. The third was also an active choice as attend an event where there was a lost of guestimations. The four was not planed and the result of being unrealistically harsh on myself, to restrictive but resulted in a lot of learning.

    As for today it was yes x 3 even with the glass of bubbles to celebrate our shortlisting for an award.

    ah damn. not sure what happened. i thought i was doing so well, but i ended up binging. not sure what triggered it but i've been feeling really lost & depressed and putting a lot of pressure on myself the past couple of weeks so i guess since i wound myself so tight i felt the need to "break loose". if i was able to foresee this happening i would've reached out but i didn't. feeling like poop today, i didn't even enjoy my binge it just hurt a lot and today (sept. 28) i feel drained of energy and sick.

    i would like to be in the winner's circle but i'm not so sure if i belong! on the bright side, i only had 2 binges this month (compared to 6 in august, or 8 in march), and i've done something active every single day (compared to before where i was only active 3 times a week), and i stuck to tracking everything i eat whether i felt like it or not. i feel like others have done better than me, but at the same time i'm doing better than the me months ago. i'm just being too hard on myself!

    i'm disappointed, but the only thing to make it right is to forgive myself and keep moving forward. i have to understand that going through my own journey without any counselling/therapy or coaching or any real life check-ins is going to be hard and difficult but i have to keep fighting my own battles(disordered eating habits, body image issues, mental health) because one day things will be way better! but when i get to a certain point of progress i get scared of how much work i still have ahead of me and i choke and end up taking 2 steps back with every 3 steps forward.

    but there's 3 days (that's including the 28th) left this month and i only had to use 3 pass days and only had 2 slip ups, so that's my personal best! i'm just gonna get back on track and move on, i'm sure last night won't even matter one year from now!
    sorry for writing so much, i'm a little emotional this morning lol.

    on another note, i love w8goal4life's photos! i hope to do something like that one day~

    Congrats to everyone! I'm in so far. I wanted to slack and skip the exercise today, but didn't want to fall out of the circle, so I took my dog for a long walk. Under calories, everything tracked.
