morning today is ice cream sundae day at work. I know every time I tell my parents what they serve us they are shocked. This past month I have done great staying away from ice cream I am hoping there is a way I can avoid it today too. It's why the majority of the bank is over weight. If they don't get us a treat one of the customers does, It's a never ending cycle.5

Yes x3 today. Got enough exercise but my calories were only under by 50! Definitely something to improve on tomorrow.2

Last pass day for the month. Conscious decision.
Lunch with parent (who I had not seen in 6 months). Large lunch, chicken dinner, but then chocolate to start to build up some reserves for trip to Spain (as running low and was under-prepared for last trip).
Will still make circle as normal day planned for tomorrow, then travelling where I usually get under-fed as well as airport hopping for extra activity.4 -

felt really icky today and completely drained of energy, but eventually around 3pm i got myself moving for a good couple of hours. i made some homemade healthy treats and it cheered me up2 -

So angry with myself, went over allowance. Went over allowance. I didn't track, little voice kicks in well you're passing again why not have some of that cheese and I did. Retrospectively tracked (just so that I can see the damage) and I hadn't gone over until the cheese...
So another pass day, that makes five now so not only not in the winners circle I'm in the lane round the corner.2 -
