That is good that you have been able to control your cravings. She gave me me small changes to work on like not to eat late at night. start trying to get some activity in every day, start looking at the amount of sugars that I consume, cut my portion sizes, just try to be mindful of what i am eating when I am eating food, drink more water. She tried not to bombard me with a bunch of rules and things but she did! So far i have cut out the late night eating, fast food, cut down the sugars a lot, drinking more water, and doing exercise 6 days a week for at least 30-45 minutes. I hope the scale shows it when i see her in a few weeks.

fit4sho24, it sounds like you are on the right track. You should see weight loss. I'm guessing you don't weigh yourself at home. Can you tell if your clothes are loser? Are you feeling like you can move better? Do you have more energy? One thing that has helped me a lot is that I have never had a sweet tooth. I know from others this is a tough thing to cut back on because cravings for sweet foods are intense. I also know that dieting alone isn't enough. You need to exercise also and it appears that you are doing a great job of that since you are exercising 6 times a week. Keep up the good work and let me know how well you do when you do see your dietician.
