Keto Minifest - Pensacola Beach, FL

I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with Carl Franklin from the 2 Keto Dudes Podcast. But he and I are teaming up to hold a Keto Minifest on October 5th in Pensacola Beach, FL. There will be a cooking demonstration and talks about keto from both Carl and me. Dinner is included, and yes, it will be keto.

    We hit 105 heat index on Friday. But it feels like the cooler day are on the way.

    I loved Pensacola Beach, too bad is is as far away as possible from where I live, lol. Oct 5 is a bit soon for me, if it was in March maybe I could book that in. Best wishes on your venture!
