Last night, I read all of the prior day's posts and found that we have a host of Winner's Circle Qualifiers (subject to today's results, of course).

Feeling awesome, this month alongside completing this challenge I've walked 171 miles, lost 5 lbs & I'm now at my goal weight
Although I'll be logging into Octobers challenge I'll be missing quite a few log ins due to travelling overseas with no electronic devices, so no winners circle next month yet the days I do log in will keep my focus on track5 -

Exercise: Yes, cleaned house for 2+ hours (and ran up the stairs many times in the meantime), some yoga, I even made homemade hummus with a mortar & pestle! lol (it came out soo good, way better than the store bought)

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, pass #2. Well worth it. Have a wonderful time with my cousin and her daughter.

Exercised?: Yes (Airport transfers - international airports are big - and deliberate extra walking while in transit)

LONG day (2:00am taxi to airport - 24+ hours travel halfway across the globe - 8 hours timezone change, so 32 hour day).
Did extra walking at intermediate airport too (because I had been in an economy seat for over 14 hours on the first leg). Managed to get a little sleep.
Tracked everything eaten in flight (which is a challenge). When I fly, I preference a gluten free meal.
Too tired to post in Madrid, so posting next morning.
