Here are a couple of fall photos from the shores of Lake Champlain between the states of Vermont and New York in the northeast of the United States. We call that area part of “New England.”9 -

Thought the leaves would be changing colors by now. No? I love the fall season. Sadly there is no fall where I am right now.

Exercise -How's this? Two hours of dancing at my synagogue, celebrating Simhat Torah! We finish the last portion of the Five Books of Moses and restart with the story of creation. Big party!

Challenging day today. Rode one horse (50 min) . Second horse had eye problem, so spent time dealing with that instead of riding. Then had doc appointment that ran an hour late so I didn't get to gym to row until nearly 6:00. Did get my 40 minutes and 7200 meters in. Finally home to dinner at 7:00. Logged all food and drink and was well under my allowance of 1200 net calories for the day. (2 down, 29 to go!)7
