Thought the leaves would be changing colors by now. No? I love the fall season. Sadly there is no fall where I am right now.

Exercise -How's this? Two hours of dancing at my synagogue, celebrating Simhat Torah! We finish the last portion of the Five Books of Moses and restart with the story of creation. Big party!

Challenging day today. Rode one horse (50 min) . Second horse had eye problem, so spent time dealing with that instead of riding. Then had doc appointment that ran an hour late so I didn't get to gym to row until nearly 6:00. Did get my 40 minutes and 7200 meters in. Finally home to dinner at 7:00. Logged all food and drink and was well under my allowance of 1200 net calories for the day. (2 down, 29 to go!)7

I did not get my planned long trail ride that both my horse and I needed (horrible cold rain), but did all the barn chores and a short bodyweight session. Tracked all and stayed within limits. Gotta sweat more tomorrow...7 -

Upped the weight on my squats from 30lb to 40lb and I'm beginning to do bentover rows with 20lb each hand. They're a bit difficult but I'm getting stronger every time

I’m in New Hampshire for 2 days. It rained almost all day today. The fall colors are not at the apex but still beautiful even in the rain. Fall tourists who visit here are called leaf-peepers!
