I ALWAYS take off my shoes before I WI at WW and Dr visits.
But I went to my most recent Dr visit and yesterday at a Cardiologist I had my shoes on! The nurse said we take off 5 Lbs for your shoes. Scale was at my GW 184, so -5 put me at 179!
Not sure if I will ever be brave enough to WI at WW with my shoes on?
Who weighs on scale with shoes on?

No shoes at WW WI for me, but more out of routine than anything else. Ya know, consistency going back to day 1....1

I'm impressed.
Mostly that the cardiologist takes off five pounds for the shoes. I've got to get the name of that doctor.
I have two weigh-modes: at meetings it's work clothes, sans shoes, empty pockets. At home I wear a suit. Of the birthday variety.2 -
Shoes on and nothing in the pockets0

5# allowance for shoes? What's the address? I think I found my ticket to get across the border to Onederland!0

Heck I even would take my tatoos off to weigh in. Teehee. We are required to wear socks at all WW centers these days but socks don't weigh much. If I didn't take off my winter outer clothes and shoes I would easily weigh 10 LB more than I do in my "weighing outfit". I started biking to WW so always weigh in my lycra shorts, bike jersey, and socks year-round. Oddly at home I don't weigh "nekkid" but wear the same or equivalent weight of skimpy clothes that I wear at meetings. Just don't like adding and subtracting for a common comparison. My PJs weigh about the same as the bike outfit or close enough.0

My WI outfit at WW is similar to @podkey ! It is the same year round. I just take off the excess winter layers when I arrive to the WW location.
At home, though, it is my birthday suit.0 -
Yep birthday suit first thing in the morning after I pee and before coffee. I confess sometimes I forget and have the coffee. I've weighed a cup of coffee so I can mentally subtract that.
