Hi there. I’m a female weight ~115lb and I live in London.
I tried Keto for 28 days before and lost 8%bf. Since I’m gaining some back I’m starting it again! Day 2 now.

I am starting keto as well... per my doctor's suggestion because literally everything else has failed. I need some awesome support and some great recipes. I also need to lower my LDL, and see if I can't lower inflammation. Feel free to add me!3

I am a week into keto and down pretty well 6lbs! Im still struggling with the right choices and not going over my carbs, I usually only post in Carb Manager but decided to try to add to both and have opened my diary up to friends to either give ideas to others or get support on what I could do differently! Feel free to add me!2

Hello out there! I'm looking for a supportive community to assist me with my goal of becoming healthier. I started the ketogenic diet in June of 2018 and have slowly lost 20lbs. I was an insulin dependent diabetic for 12 years prior to adopting this lifestyle. Happy to say I no longer have to take insulin! I would like to lose at least 20-30 additional pounds and I know increasing my level of activity will help with that. So, I recently purchased a new Fitbit to encourage myself to be more active. I want to build back up to a goal of 10,000 steps and increased cardio in general.
