Getting back on
I do sooo much better on keto, but it's always hard for me to get started. Then when I do, I do so good for months. The second I cheat I lose all self control. Any suggestions?
New Member Officially Starting Keto Today
Hello everyone! I have been on a low-carb diet for less than a month and my dietitian has approved me to start with nutritional ketosis this morning. Any tips to keep total carbs under 30 grams? I have managed to keep total carbs around 25-40 before. Thank you and I'm anxious/excited to start the keto journey. :)
Not NEW, just back!
Back in the full KETO Swing.. I lost 13.3 pounds in 8.5 days! I'm at 255.4 lbs (now) MY Renpho digital BMI scale says my fat-free body weight is 153.4. Of course, this is impossible, because we need some fat to survive. My first goal weight is 190 lbs.

Ok people, give me your best noodle substitute. I will say I can be picky. I love my pasta and a fake needs to measure up really well. I've tried Pasta-Zero and I've given the cauliflower mac and cheese a good go but it is not the same. Help a girl out!

Maintenance Keto and Exercise
Looking for people who are in maintenance with keto and continue to stay in the gym for health benefits and possibly gaining muscle.
