Maintenance Keto and Exercise

Looking for people who are in maintenance with keto and continue to stay in the gym for health benefits and possibly gaining muscle.
I've lost 93 lbs on keto in approximately 16 months and I go to the gym at least 3 x a week. I mostly do 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes anaerobic with some weight lifting. My calories are usually 1500-1700 on workout days and 1200-1400 on light days. I keep macros around 10% carb 30% protein and 60% fat
Any wisdom to add or suggested workout/meals are welcome!!
