A good day! 20 minutes rowing machine, 20 minutes strength, 45 minutes barn chores. Food and tracking ok in spite of delicious vegetable samosas from the last farmer's market of the season.4

This was our last true vacation day as tomorrow will be spent in getting back home to the Chicago metro area. We live on a farm at the western edge of the metropolitan area.
Today, we traveled north along the coast of Maine to see the sea and the fall foliage.
Exercise: 35 minutes of active stretches; push up intervals for a total of 142 push-ups; morning walking at 3.5 mph for 45 minutes
Tracking: good
Regarding weekends vs weekdays: it’s easier for me on weekdays because their are less celebratory eating situations3 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes.
Today was the Head of the Ohio rowing regatta. I raced as 7 seat in an eight. 5K race plus 5+K setup and return to boathouse. Carry boat to launch and back was longer than usual due to event. Also island was off limits to parking, so I drove to my office and rode my bicycle 5K to the boathouse, and back afterwards. And after the ride in, I continued to warm up for the race with several sets of *kitten*-to-grass bodyweight squats. So in total about 2-3 hours, 10K rowing and 10K biking. Rain held off until the last K of the bicycle ride. All in all, a fun day!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, easily.

Exercise: Yes, just a bit of yoga
Calories: No? Guess not, about 50-100cal over
Tracked: Yes
ah crap, didn't expect to have 3 pass days so early in the month. i must be getting sick or something because i'm feeling awful & unusually sore+weak and i'm having another depressive week. mom ordered us pizza and it's hard for me to stay on track with that kind of food. pizza is especially triggering for binges!
but i'm really proud of myself because i managed to stop before i really had a binge, and didn't go completely overboard on the calories! i felt really guilty earlier but i forgive myself now because the pizza was super tasty and this is the first time i've let myself enjoy pizza without feeling anxiety or binge urges tomorrow i'll cook a healthy meal for my family, i can't wait!6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 30 mins on mini-trampoline after everyone went home
Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes - see success strategy below
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. Even snitches.
I started pre-logging by working backwards - every thing in the Thanksgiving Turkey Feast at supper tonight - then worked around the rest. I'm gonna be where I want to be calorie wise today.
And the plan WORKED! I ended up JUST under my pre-exercise MFP recommended calories and barely over on the recommended fat macro. Everything else in the green. THEN I did 30 mins of mini-trampoline (too late at night to be interested in eating them back)3 -

i'm pleased (and proud) that YOU are Realy Proud of yourself! That was very well done both behaviorally (stopping yourself from going completely overboard) and emotionally (letting yourself enjoy pizza without feeling anxiety or binge urges) and finally for your followup strategy ( planning to cook a healthy meal for your family - can't wait!)1 -
