Thanks so much for starting this @EmotionalEater84! Life had been hectic for me the past two weeks, but I'm back in and determined to get my bingeing under control again.3

I need all the accountability I can get! This is a great group and I am more than happy to help out0 -
Not new to the forum but new to this group.
No Formal BED diagnosis but reading up on it and taking all the online questionnaires would suggest I very much do have it.
However finally putting a name to it seems to have had a pretty interesting change to my thought process, or lack there of and giving me a new focus.
So for October i'm at
Me- 1
Binge - 0

Welcome! I'm self-diagnosed also, but it's pretty obvious I have a problem. Glad to have you aboard0 -

I had 10 days binge free and then binged tonight. I was not expecting it. I don’t know if it was triggered mostly by emotions or because I had too many carbs. It is probably a combination. Tomorrow is a new day.1 -

I have been struggling the last few days. I think I’m eating too many carbs and not enough protein. Going to increase protein and see if it decreases my urges to binge.1 -
Happy Friday, everyone!

I ended the day 250 calories over because my family went out to eat. I came home at 9 pm and instead of binging because I was over, I exercised instead! That was a victory for me today!3

It's been a horrible month so far, but today was the first day I didn't binge.2 -
How come every time I think I have binging more under control, I have another binge episode. The urge sometimes can just come out of nowhere.

Making progress from last month. I would like to see more people post how they did at the end of the month. You don’t need a perfect month to post how you did.2 -

Diet change dilemma for a few days, spiraled out of control (just not consistent enough) for a few days...back on my feet after attempting some experimentation. Mainly messed up by just not using pre-packed/set allotments of certain foods (should have invested in a scale or somehow adjust to only use pre-packed portions/sizes I'm familiar enough to do mental math).2 -

*Agreed with others noticing a distinct lack of posting/commitment as each month wanes on...reminds me of the New Year Gym crowd who burn out on motivation come Feb-March. Will admit a slight tendency to do so myself but I honestly don't care what time of the month or year it is1 -

The November challenge is up! I promise I'll be more vocal in November, as I am really struggling with this and need to be focused.2
