Yikes, I've been losing 1lb a week...NEED to kick it up a notch to get to my goal of 9lbs!

In too! Rounding up 6.88 to 7 pounds loss goal, although would really like to lose at least 8.

It seems like a lot to lose. Still, if I aim for this, I'll probably do better than I would with no goal. On another challenge my goal for October is 90.5 kg (199.5 lbs) which for me is the cut off between obese and overweight. It's been my big goal for the last couple of months.

Did my weigh-in yesterday, but didn't have time to come here to check-in!
Busy day at the office for me, so I'll be fairly quite. I also have some work to do for my own business when I leave! I wish you focus and TONS of success! We got this!
