We've got friends in the group from NZ so it will be Sunday morning for them soon so I am starting this thread now. Please check-in here on Sunday and share your progress. How was your week? Where are you to your challenge goal?

Thanks heaps for posting so early. I know there are other New Zealanders and an Australian member (maybe more than one Australian?)
It's 6.00am and the birds are making a racket. I'm planning to start exercising at 6.30
Here are my results so far:
Oct 01(SW) - 93.6 kg (206.4 lbs)
Oct 07 - 91.4 kg (201.5 lbs)

Oct 31(EW) -
Goal loss - 3.7 kg (8.2 lbs) (89.9 kg)
Total loss so far- 2.2 kg (4.9 lbs)

Hi all, I'm in australia so sunday morning here too, just been for a jog and a swim and hoping to eat fairly well most of today to compensate for the wine and crisps (chips) I've committed to tonight (weekly treat with skinny partner - going to try to just nibble at them).
I suppose I'm starting properly tomorrow so will post the start weight then, I'm hoping to lose at least 5kg by christmas, that's around 10lb I think.6 -

Well, to be honest, last week's loss was relatively small, which I suspect was water weight because my clothes were baggier than 0.7 kg loss would account for. But I do do quite a bit of exercise. My diary is open, but fitbit just shows the number of steps, not how many of them are running which burns more calories.
Thanks for the compliment I'm really inspired by your weight loss so far.

Last week when I weighed in (it hasn’t quite been a week yet) I had lost 6lbs from the last weigh in but this week, despite having two days fasting, I’ve gained 3lbs. It has to be water weight so I’m trying not to be too upset. I have a goal of 11lbs so I still have 8lbs to go.7

I am really pleased with this result for week 1. From the past I know that the first week of any significant diet change for me always leads to great results in the first week, kinda cos my diet was was so barb prior to the change. However, great to see the numbers on the screen 😊 am recommitting to myself today to continue in this way..... how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

Goal loss 5 pounds. Not a great loss, but a loss none the less. Congrats to everyone who lost weight. I am hoping to make it through Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada with no weight gain.7 -

Finally checking in... soz bit late... last weekend was super busy. Bit disappointed to see the scales go the wrong way... but hopefully they'll be nice again this week and give me a loss.
