    it's getting harder to lose weight now that i've lost the first 8ish kilograms but i'm trying to stay positive. i've started going to the gym more and i can feel myself getting stronger every time i go there!! :-) i'm very motivated to lose this excess weight so we'll get there someday :-)

    The closer you get to your goal, the slower it goes, but that's kind of a good thing because eventually you're gonna have to get used to maintenance so slowing down is a good thing, it also helps hold onto that muscle.
