10 Pushups
24 Bicep Burners (8 full curls, 8 half curls, 8 full curls)
15 Shoulder Presses
20 Pushups
15 Tricep Dips
15 Back Rows
15 Lateral Raises
10 Pushups
15 Tricep Kickbacks w/20 Tricep pulse backs
REPEAT THIS CIRCUIT 3-4 times

We loved this one Shelley!!
Worked out w/our trainer today. All arms!! She is being really careful with my foot. She wrapped it for me today. Doc appt tomorrow.

Work got a half dozen people to do four laps around the cemetery today. Sunshine, good hills, laughter, fun.

You'd like the cemetery Shelley, the fresh air and sunshine, and beautiful memories of people who were loved. It's on a hill, so you can see the town below and the ocean in the distance. . Here's our walk... the cemetery is the oval in the lower right hand corner, surrounded by trees. You can't tell from the satellite shot, but it's actually terraced, so it's very steep up one side and down the other. Ocean is about a mile away... Half Moon Bay is a beautiful little town. - paula

Nothing yesterday except two servings of ice cream to celebrate my back shot!! Today I'll double check w/our trainer and make sure she has an upper body workout scheduled for me.

I do love to go to cemeteries. They are so peaceful and serene usually. I usually like to look at the older areas. The history is there. And I get to ponder lots on what their lives must have been like. Hmmm, maybe I will win a lottery and be able to visit. ^ years before I retire. Then I will visit for certain.
Chris I sure hope that means the shot helped.
Did upper body today. Lots of pushups and band work. Plus this little thing for improving your grip. Power Flexor. I liked it. It is used in rehabilitation also. And is adjustable.

Finished my book yesterday...starting book 3 in the series today.
Picking up the boys in 9 mins or so. Must go talk to the toilet!

I am reading a series with talking dolphins. Lots of other things going on but I only listen to the fish!
Did abs this morning. They are burning. We also sat back to back and handed a 25 pound dumbbell shoulder height to each other. Now who is the dummy?

Wish my foot would get better. Hurt like the dickens this morning. Meeting w/our trainer this morning. Need to workout or eat ice cream. **sigh**

Walked the kids today. Rode bikes for over an hour with Kaeldra and Rocky. Beautiful day.

Oh, what fun Shelley. I'm going to try the recumbent after haircuts this morning. If my foot cooperates that might just be the answer. Now to find the motivation...maybe it's in my exercise bag...

No recumbent try-out...couldn't find my shoes
... And no hair cut yesterday. Our stylist's (Mariah) best friend (Shannon) had a brain aneurysm rupture and Mariah went to Sac to be with her.
We p/u the boys in a bit. I meet w/our trainer at noon. And that's it. I might go to the store.

I had a lot of paperwork to do today. So took a rest day.

Yeah, Shelley, you were right-on!! One shoe at the bottom of the bag and the other shoe in the bathroom trash can...don't know why. bwhhahahahaha!
Unfortunately the recumbent is a GO! It will work out just fine and not hurt my foot. No excuse now except the LAZY one. I'll jump on after the boys are picked up at around 12:30. Workout yesterday was great. a bit harder than Saturday which is good.
Got an appt w/the foot doc this Thurs @ 11:40. YEY!! Hope she can help w/foot hurt and maybe shoe inserts. She'll probably go crazy when she see's what I do to the inside of my shoes.
This will be a great Tuesday!!

Chris I buy inserts at the Insole store online. Hope I got that right. They have something for all foot types. Should have suggested them sooner. So sorry. Now pick up your shoes and get on that bike! Muahaha!
